Application for Enrollment

Please complete the online Application for Enrollment. You may either electronically submit the form or you may print it and send it to the Children's Center. For further information on enrollment please see Frequently Asked Questions.

Priority for enrollment is as follows:

1. Siblings of currently enrolled families
2. BSU students (enrolled in 6 credits or more)
3. BSU Faculty or Staff
4. BSU Adjunct/ BSU Alumni/ Community

Within each of these categories, enrollment is offered according to date applications are received and the availability of age-related space. Please note that having priority does not guarantee that space will be available when needed. When your application is received you will be sent a postcard.

Please Note:

- Effective January 1, 2008 there is a non-refundable $35.00 application fee per child. This fee is transferable if your child becomes enrolled in the Children's Center. Please send a check or money order payable to Children's Center to the address below. For credit card payments please contact the Center at 208-426-4404. Applications will not be processed until payment is received.

- Once a space become available there is a non-refundable fee of $35.00 per child and a refundable deposit of $75.00 per family to secure a space.

- Applications will be retained for 6 months. If you have not been contacted in that time and want to remain on the list, you must contact the Children's Center at 208-426-4404 and have your application updated and returned to the active list.
